Cause of Death: |
Died in Aircraft Accident, Anson N9857 crashed in a snowstorm in one of the most desolate areas of the highlands. Crew rest under a cairn erected by CWGC but their memorial is in the local churchyard. The crash site where the casualties are buried is in a remote location on a plateau marked by a granite memorial placed in 2013. |
