Cause of Death:
Killed in action, collided with Beaufort, crashed, in Blenheim V #BA486. After the attack on convoy "TT" collided whilst flying at low level with Beaufort DE-110 from 47 RAF Squadron, the aircraft flew locked together for about ten seconds before falling on fire into the Mediterranean Sea. The crews of both aircraft perished.
