Information:
Son of Frank and Ebie Blossom Talent, of Bulawayo, Southern Rhodesia. Born Bulawayo. Entered Milner House in 1937. After leaving Plumtree in 1930 he entered the employ of the Goldfields Company. Just prior to the outbreak of war, he was on the asbestos mines, Shabani. He joined up with the Rhodesian Air Force at Salisbury, there-after proceeding to the Middle East, and he was present at the fighting in Iraq. School Record : Lance-corporal in Cadets, 1938; Rugger 2nd XV, lfJ30; Under 16 High Jump Record, 1929; Dramatics, "Thomas " in "The Admirable Crichton," 1928. On Plumtree School Roll of Honour
