Cause of Death:
 Died of injuries, critically injured at approximately 18h00 when his vehicle overturned as it turned into the main street of Oshakati, opposite the Post Office. Warrant Officer Rob BROCKWAY sustained a broken leg while Frans Conradie suffered a crushed hip and pelvis. They were transported to the Sickbay at Sector 10 Headquarters before being casevaced by Puma Helicopter to the Base Army Surgical Hospital at AFB Ondangwa where Lieutenant CONRADIE was pronounced dead on arrival. Counter-insurgency duty in South West Africa. Member of Koevoet.
