Extract of They fought for King and Kaiser by James Ambrose Brown (copy of extract enclosed) reads: "A youngster of the 9th was killed. I helped to bury the boy in his lonely grave under a tree in the foothills of the Ulugurus. Reitz noted with some emotion that the boy's name was Allen."
