Information:
Husband of Angela Ash. Born Pietermaritzburg. Educated at Murchison School and then Maritzburg College. Ash was a member of the Customs and Excise team working in Beira before returning to Rhodesia. He went into mining, predominantly in the Selukwe area and as an accountant on the Chirundu Sugar Estates. He later moved to Eiffel Flats to work on a mine in the area. Ash joined the BSA Police Reserve in April 1976; Reg. #23467G. ref. "Rhodesian Roll of Honour" by P. Geldenhuys (Roll compiled by Dr. J. R. T. Wood).
