Cause of Death:
 Died in Aircraft Accident, Alouette III #R7500, at Ruya Game Reserve, north of Rushinga, Op Hurricane. It was suggested that they had collided with a tall dead tree and crashed 100 metres further on. Both of the crew were killed instantly
