Died in air crash, non-operational flying included formation practice, tail chasing and aerobatics. Unfortunately, during these aerobatics, 21 year old Sergeant Derek Dundonald Audley's Typhoon Ia R7695 was seen to break up at 18,000ft, scattering pieces over 5 miles around Glanvilles Wooton.
