 Killed in action, during Ops Modular when their position came under enemy mortar fire. Just as their Ratel 20, Callsign 12B was withdrawing out of the area, two enemy mortar bombs landed and exploded on either side at the rear of their vehicle and both members suffered fatal shrapnel wounds
