Cause of Death:
 Died of injuries, multiple injuries, received in Motor Vehicle Accident, in Pretoria Hospital. He was travelling, as a passenger in a car, from Johannesburg to Pretoria, when the car collided with a tree, eight miles from Pretoria. He was injured and apparently staggered into the road where he run over by another vehicle
