Found at Map Reference 57c.S.22.d.95.15. or GPS 50.0123, 2.7948. This is the north-western edge of Bernafay Wood where the burial return indicates was the site of Bernafay Wood North Cemetery, in Grave 42. He was 6 foot tall and had size 10 boots. One can assume he died during the fighting of July 1916. His means of identification were: G. S. uniform, and collar badges.
