Cause of Death:
 Killed in action, Blenheim V BA622, shot down by ground fire at Magwe. Directly hit by AA fire while taking part in attack. It was seen to spiral into ground out of contorl. No parachutes were seen. Bodies recovered by searcher teams in August 1953 from MAGWE Sht 84L/16 MR235502 and 252417. Reburied in Taukkyan. Originally buried by local inhabitants. Individual identification not possible so buried in collective grave.
