Cause of Death:
Killed in action, officially reported missing during a Special Forces undercover operation at an undisclosed destination after his team walked into an enemy ambush while en-route to destroy a designated enemy target. It is, however, suspected that he actually died in a clandestine operation in Gwelo, Rhodesia, while attempting to use mines to blow up the Mambo Press offices. The mine detonated prematurely and there was nothing to recover from his body. He was a former member of the Portuguese FLECHAS, an elite unit of the DGS in Angola. He has no known grave and remains unaccounted for.
