 Died of wounds, after being accidentally shot in the stomach with an R4 Assault Rifle by a Leading Marine while on patrol in the Caprivi Strip. He was casevaced to Katima Mulilo by air but unfortunately succumbed to his wounds while still aboard the Casevac Helicopter and was certified dead on arrival.
