Cause of Death:
 Killed in action, Six members of 1 and 2 Reconnaissance Commando were killed at Onalomono in Southern Angola while attacking Eheke during Operation Kropduif (Eheke 1). In order to attack the SWAPO/PLAN Base, the Recce Team prepared to cross an open area of ground as the SWAPO/PLAN forces were in the process of withdrawing from their positions. As the Team moved forward, they were caught in the enemy arcs of fire. Killed when a bullet traveled through a pocket Bible
