Killed in action, contact with ZAPU insurgents, Ntondongwe fly gate area, just north of the boundary of the Doma Safari area, Sipolilo district, in Op Birch. With a JOC established at Mangula, elements of 1 Commando followed spoor for three days, eventually making contact on the 21st. Early the following morning, contact was again made, and in an ensuing firefight, Tony was shot and killed. All three terrorist insurgents were killed |
