Son of Iver and Margrethe Iversen, of 20, Silver Avenue, Durban, Natal. Born Natal. A salesman. Served with the Durban Light Infantry in GSWA 1914 ? 1915. Served with a machine gun section in the 2nd Regiment in Egypt & France; WIA at Mersa Matruh, Egypt 23/1/1916; WIA in the Battle of Delville Wood in July 1916. Commemorated on Durban Light Infantry & the Durban WWI Cenotaphs. Also, in a WWI Memorial pamphlet produced by St Olav's Church, Durban 27/9/1918
