Found at Map Reference 57c.S.17.d.35.85. or GPS 50.0235, 2.8033. This is just southern edge of the village of Longueval, south west of Delville Wood. One can assume he died during the fighting of July 1916. His means of identification were: G. S. tunic, kilt, boots, and titles. Also a spectacle case stamped "The Pillars---, MacFarlane, High (?) Street, Dundee. ***There is a strong belief this man is John Low Yule 4th SAI 17 July 1916. He would have lived a few minutes walking distance from this optometrist shop in Dundee
